A Journey in Fashion
Fabiola began her professional journey in fashion in Venezuela in 2008, developing a strong foundation in patternmaking, tailoring, couture construction, and garment design. Her passion for teaching soon became an important part of her career, sharing her knowledge with students through hands-on fashion education.
In 2012, she founded Atelier FR Alta Moda, specializing in custom garments, couture, corsetry, and bridalwear. She later expanded her educational work through Academia Alta Moda, bringing technical sewing and patternmaking instruction to students beyond the traditional classroom.
Today, from her studio in Doral, Miami, Fabiola continues combining craftsmanship and education through Miami Fashion Lab — a space created to make technical fashion knowledge practical, approachable, and meaningful.
